RETURN POLICY


If you for some reason is not satisfied with your NFM product, you can return unused products within 20 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), no questions asked. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 

Returns to NFM Webshop are done with UPS and our team will help out making the return smooth and simple. 

Note: This policy excludes promotional items shipped with custom made to order products, free products, body armour, custom cell tags, undergarments, and non-stocking or non-standard items. 

 

How to Initiate a Return 

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps: 
 

  1. Notify NFM Webshop
    Email post@nfm-shop.com with the following details notifying us of your desire to return:

         
       ·        
    Your full name. 

             ·         Your order number. 

             ·         The reason for your return. 

             ·         The item name(s) and quantity you wish to return.

    We will prepare a UPS label and send it to your email. 
  2. Prepare your package 
    After printing your label from our email, prepare your package for shipment. If possible, use the original packaging for the return or use the smallest possible packing/box/bag to ensure smooth return. 

  3. Send the Package 
    Returns can either be scheduled for pick-up or you can deliver them to your nearest UPS service location.

Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team (allow 5-7 business days for processing), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing. 

 

Be aware that returns will  be awarded a cost of 20 EUR fee, that will be retracked from your purchase.
